AllClear Aerospace & Defense today announced the appointment of Shawn Webb as Vice President & General Manager of the Engineered Products business segment. Based in Camarillo, California, Shawn will lead the strategy, operations, and continued growth of the business, overseeing the design, manufacturing, and repair of aftermarket structural aircraft components and complex aerospace assemblies supporting defense aviation customers worldwide. He brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
Prior to joining AllClear, Webb served as President of FlightWave Aerospace, where he led the company’s operational expansion following its acquisition. He also served as Vice President of Operations at AeroVironment, leading the largest operational growth initiative in the history of its Loitering Munition Systems business. Across these leadership roles, Shawn has consistently delivered manufacturing growth and scalable production capabilities that support complex aerospace and defense programs.
Earlier in his career, Shawn held senior operational leadership roles at Bega North America, AeroVironment, and Bombardier Aerospace, where he led lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that enhanced production performance, improved quality and delivery, reduced costs, and strengthened operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving business transformation, and delivering sustainable growth.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Friends University and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and earned his Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification early in his career, providing a strong technical foundation that complements his executive leadership experience.
