AllClear Aerospace & Defense today announced the appointment of Rashad Homoud as Senior Manager, Technical Sales and Business Development. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Rashad will support AllClear’s strategic growth efforts across the Middle East and Africa. He has more than 10 years of experience spanning technical services, program management, business development, and aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO).
Prior to joining AllClear, Rashad served in leadership roles with RH Aero Systems in Saudi Arabia, where he helped establish the company’s local operations and supported MRO tooling and service programs. Earlier in his career, he held key positions with Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI), including Lead Project Specialist within the MRO Village’s Jet Propulsion Center, supporting complex maintenance programs and customer requirements within highly regulated aviation environments.
Throughout his career, Rashad has developed strong relationships across the Middle East aviation and extensive experience supporting MRO operations and technical solutions throughout the region.

Rashad holds an Associate of Applied Science in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from St. Philip’s College and is fluent in English and Arabic.
