AllClear Aerospace & Defense today announced the appointment of Yancy Everhart as Vice President of Business Development. Everhart brings more than two decades of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with a proven track record of building and scaling strategic OEM partnerships that drive sustained revenue growth and market expansion.
Deep OEM Partnership Expertise Across Global Aerospace Programs
Everhart joins AllClear following senior business development leadership roles in aerospace, most recently at Top Aces. In his role as Director of Business Development, he led initiatives to expand product line sales and developed retrofit and modification programs that improved mission readiness for global customers. His success included expanding OEM contracts into new regions and countries, securing additional product authorizations, and delivering real-time customer insights to manufacturing partners.
Previously, as Product Line Director for Turboprop Engines at Honeywell Aerospace, Everhart led a global business across both OEM and aftermarket segments. He developed and implemented strategies that enabled profitable growth, worked closely with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory on next-generation engine development, and maintained Honeywell’s top ranking in industry product support surveys. Earlier in his Honeywell career, he served as Director of Aftermarket Channel Management, where he was responsible for international defense and space channel partner strategy and execution. His background also includes engineering and operational leadership roles, managing gas turbine engine R&D laboratories and leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
“Yancy’s extensive network and experience across commercial and defense aerospace make him uniquely qualified to lead our business development efforts,” said Brent Wisch, Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development. “His proven ability to expand OEM authorizations, structure strategic agreements, and build long-term manufacturer relationships directly supports our commitment to delivering comprehensive sustainment solutions.”
Everhart holds an MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Design with a focus on Industrial Design from Arizona State University. He also served in the United States Air Force, with experience in aircraft maintenance and base communications.
This appointment reinforces AllClear’s strategic focus on expanding its OEM partner network, accelerating growth initiatives, and enhancing product availability for aerospace and defense customers worldwide.
