His experience also includes leading operational and financial work on corporate spin efforts at Neustar, Inc., and overseeing IPO preparation, M&A transactions, and investor relations at Applied Predictive Technologies, which MasterCard acquired.
Goldwater’s foundation in public accounting at Ernst & Young and corporate finance at Microsoft provides a comprehensive understanding of financial controls, reporting, and strategic planning across diverse industries.
“Eric’s proven ability to build scalable financial operations while driving strategic growth makes him an ideal addition to our leadership team,” said Bill Boucek, Chief Executive Officer. “His extensive experience with private equity partnerships, complex transactions, and operational transformation directly supports our commitment to delivering mission-critical solutions while pursuing strategic expansion opportunities.”
