AllClear Aerospace & Defense today announced the appointment of two seasoned industry leaders to its senior sales team: Jen Yuchasz as Director of Sales for North America, and Louis Mary as Director of Sales for Asia-Pacific.

Jen Yuchasz Brings Distinguished Military and Aerospace Leadership

Jen Yuchasz joins AllClear with a distinguished combination of military service and commercial aerospace achievement. As a former U.S. Navy helicopter pilot and officer, she brings firsthand understanding of military operations and defense procurement processes that directly benefit our defense sector customers.

During her Naval career, Jen served as a helicopter pilot with over 100 combat flights, managed 18 personnel as a Maintenance Officer, and was hand-selected as a Navy Congressional Liaison Officer. In this role, she coordinated relationships between the Department of the Navy and Members of Congress. Her military service earned her multiple commendations, including the Navy Commendation Medal and Air Medal for combat missions.

In her previous role as Program Manager for Military Programs at Rhinestahl Corporation, Jen leveraged her military background to build trusted partnerships across the defense ecosystem. Her established relationships span GE Aerospace, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army, US allied nations, and major defense contractors.

Louis Mary Expands Asian Market Leadership

Louis Mary brings 15 years of aerospace experience and an extensive network across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, he joins AllClear from Toray Advanced Composites, where he served as Commercial Aerospace Manager, managing aerospace material qualifications, framework contract agreements, and strategic partnerships with major OEMs, including Airbus and Embraer.

With fluency in four languages and deep experience across Asian and European markets, Louis brings exceptional cultural intelligence and market penetration capabilities to AllClear’s global expansion. His proven ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments and establish trust-based relationships across multiple cultures positions him to unlock new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

His technical background in composites manufacturing, combined with strategic business development expertise, enables comprehensive customer engagement from technical specifications through program execution.
