Mechanical Component includes Covers, Heat Exchangers, Cryocoolers, Airframe Hydraulic System Components, Flight Control/Utility Actuation, and Pneumatic System Components and the Air Thermal System product line includes Air Cycle Systems, Cabin Pressure Control Systems, Life Support Systems, Integrated Power, Turbo-EPUs, Compressors, Pumps which have demonstrated long lead times. As a premier partner, Aero Precision will continue to support military aerospace aftermarket requirements across the globe by stocking high-demand products to deliver readiness solutions to the operators.

- Environment Control System (ECS) component upgrade offers two times increase in cooling turbine reliability or 5,000 hours Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), two times increase the service life for heat exchangers, and a 1.3 times improvement in reliability for flow control valves.
- Air Turbine Starter (ATS) is a drop-in solution that provides more than 4,500 hours Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removal (MTBUR). The Quick-Attached-Detach feature reduces install and removal time by 75% over non-QAD model starters.
