AllClear Aerospace & Defense today announced the appointment of Robert Allen as Director of U.S. Government Business Development. Allen brings more than 20 years of leadership experience supporting defense aviation, sustainment, and modernization programs across the Department of Defense.
Prior to joining AllClear, Allen held leadership positions with The Boeing Company, where he supported Navy and Marine Corps aviation programs and helped drive initiatives focused on sustainment, supply chain performance, and customer requirements. Before Boeing, he served as a United States Marine Corps officer and F/A-18 pilot, including assignments as F-35C Requirements Officer at the Pentagon, where he helped shape future capability requirements for naval aviation.
Throughout his career, Allen has worked closely with U.S. military services and Department of Defense program offices, supporting complex aviation sustainment and modernization efforts while building strong relationships across the defense community.
“Robert understands the unique dynamics of doing business with the U.S. Government and brings a strong combination of operational experience, customer insight, and strategic leadership,” said Brent Wisch, Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development. “His background in military aviation and industry, coupled with the relationships he has developed throughout his career, will help strengthen our ability to support customers and expand our presence across key U.S. Government programs.”
Allen holds master’s degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and Marine Corps University and earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy.
This appointment reflects AllClear’s continued commitment to strengthening its support of U.S. government customers and delivering integrated distribution, repair, and logistics solutions that help sustain mission readiness.
